LAMINATING - Gluing
The laminating process, i.e. covering various cardboards and other materials with prints, allows for the production of eye-catching packaging and POS products in a full range of colors. Optional covering of prints with foil refines the surface and increases its protection against moisture and other unfavorable weather conditions. We cooperate with the best printing houses on the Łódź market
-we provide laminating services on solid and corrugated cardboard, cork and other materials of various thicknesses.
– the maximum laminating width is 1000 mm and the length is up to 2000 mm.
-Łódź and the Łódź region are areas where we provide free delivery of finished works.
SCREEN PRINTING ON CARDBOARD
– precise and accurate machine and manual screen printing
– we use professional, ecological water-based paints
– we choose colors according to customers’ instructions
CUT DIES
– we make them for our own projects, ensuring complete and complete customer service
– we also make cutting dies based on the customer’s design
– we use steel lines directly from the manufacturer
DIE-CUTTING
– service up to B1 format (die-cutter) or up to 1200 x 2000 mm format on roll machines
DESIGNING PACKAGING, STANDS, DISPLAYS
– we independently design and modernize all models of shelves, displays and advertising items made of cardboard, adapting the size to the customer’s needs
– our own die design and production workshop allows for optimal production of a cardboard model
